Unity is an opensource game engine for personal users and students. If you are a beginner in this field then this is the best choice . If you want to make a game with unity then you have to learn first C# programming language. 

2.Unreal

Unreal engine is also a best game engine for beginners . It is also a free engine. But in my view unity is best for beginners. If you want to make a game with unreal then you have to learn C++ language.

3.Construct

It is also a beginner friendly game engine , it has also pro subscription option but all are wanting to start with it free. Generally construct game engine is used to make 2d games.
